| The achievements and level of the modern enterprises' management work as well as the quality and capability their service provide are determined, to a certain extent, by the level of informatization as well as the quality and quantity of the collected information. The training management system of Daqing Oil Field Electric Power Training Center is studied and developed through the investigation and analysis of the center's current operations and the expected goals for the system, aiming at the needs for the Daqing Oil Field Electric Power Training Center to manage its training work by using modern information technology. The system is based on the understandings of the domestic and international training institutions' management system.This paper mainly analyzed the needs of the training management system of Daqing Oil Field Electric Power Training Center, and described the process of the design, implementation and testing process in detail. According to the Daqing Oil Field Electric Power Training Center's current operations and the expected goal for the system, this paper analyzed and cleared up the function needs of the system. In the design part, the paper mainly introduced the systematic framework, systematic function, physical allocation plan, as well as the detailed design and statistic structure of the systematic function. This system uses the three-tier framework design of the user interface tier, OR-Mapping tier, and the statistic reservation tier and divides the main functions to 8 parts, mainly : systematic management, staff management, teaching management, program development, program implementation, program evaluation, trainees' management and document classification. In input and output design, the system adopts a lot ways of leading in and out the documents and forms to facilitate the users to see and print.The training management system of Daqing Oil Field Electric Power Training Center is developed basing on the C/S mode. Using the statistics central platform based on the SQL Server, it satisfies the demands of the system which has a large number of operations and forms. In the implementation of the interface, the system adopts WPF technique, which enables the consistency of the style and the clarification of the content. This system also realizes the functions of two types of printing output: the WORD document and dynamic EXCEL form; the real time collection of the trainees' red and white background photos, as well as the concentrated documentation of the training files. After the test, this system's function can satisfy the needs, and is easy to operate. It realizes the final goal to enhance the enterprises' management capability. The system now is practically used in Daqing Oil Field Electric Power Training Center. The system has initially realized the design goals, and satisfies the users' working needs for information management, such as: teachers' operation file materials, the training document materials, and the trainees' document materials. It operates soundly. The users can continue to redevelop this system or expand and add new functional parts to adapt to the new needs. |
