Research Of Stability On Practical Training LED Production Line In Fujian Water Conservancy And Electric Power College

As the current sunrise industry,LED industry is favored by more and more people.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation of the LED industry,and researches and concludes the current features and development trend of LED industry.Next,this paper analyzes the practical training production center of main higher vocational colleges in province,and knows that generally they cannot steadily operate.Setting amounts of idle devices cannot provide skilled talents that LED industry needs.This paper will take the LED production line of practical training in Fujian College of Water Conservancy and Electric Power as the object,to analyze the factors that influence the steady operation and give corresponding measure design combining its features.Analyze the features of LED packaging in every link,and get the influence factors and problems that may appear.Investigate and research relevant enterprises,and compare with the production line of practical training,to get the deficiencies of the production line.Starting from environment aspect,this paper analyzes the influences of temperature,humidity,dusty,static and so on to LED packaging.After comprehensive analysis,I get that the practical training production operation guidance normalization,personnel quality of practical training and management mode are the three key factors of restricting the steady operation.Combining all of the above,that design a series of measures can ensure the steady operation of packaging production line of LED practical training,is the important content of this paper.Control the environment of practical training with the key of air temperature,humidity and static,and summarize and conclude the ways and notices of material checking.Combining the device and features of students,have detailed normalized operation guidance design respectively to racking,bonding,central testing,packaging,finishing testing and so on,including the using of device and the setting of relevant parameters.Also,the paper concludes the problems to note in operation process,so as to improve the steady operation level of practical training production line through serious operation requirement.From the design of system structure to the introduction of "5S" management mode,and to the stage division of cultivation of students,have management design of production line of practical training.In the aspect of practical training evaluation of students,construct the segmented evaluation assessment system,and have quantization resolution to the whole practical training grading.Establish diversified grading evaluation system that integrates static grading and dynamic evaluation,to promote the improving of the ability of students.Through the statistics to the development situation of student ability and the passing rate of recent practical training products,verify the improving degree of the operation stability of the whole practical training production line.And apply some testing equipment,to have parameter analysis to the products that are produced in practical training.Here,the light,color and electric comprehensive testing system,the three-dimensional light distribution testing system,junction temperature testing device,universal LED computer testing device and other devices are used,to have technical analysis to products to check all of the parameters of products of practical training.Through the above research,we verify that the LED production line of practical training in Fujian College of Water Conservancy and Electric Power has realized the basic stability operation,and also verify the normative design of the whole practical training working.
