Electric power industry is in an important historical stage. To the state-ownedenterprises, keep the talent is crucial problem.The level of management personnel ofenterprises directly affect the scientific research. If we have the correct talent strategy, itwill help us realize sustainable development of enterprises. How to develop a certainloyalty talents team in the electric power enterprise, to meet the needs of the rapiddevelopment of enterprises, is a urgent problem in our country. From the point of viewof information technology, the convenient of the WEB make itself gradually applied tothe training system. How to use the Web and VR technologies to the training process,create an online training system with VR compatible,with remote operation hasbecome a new research direction of enterprise training.This thesis analyzes the problems of current training system in electric powersystem, analysis the enterprise actual demand for training system business logic. Basedon the existing business logic, a light-weight SSI2framework fit for the whole designand implementation. In this essay, study on training system for electric powerenterprise, using the J2EE platform technology of Java language in this paper andcombined of UML unified modeling language and VRML, combined with softwaredesign and development method, object oriented Browser/Server network structuresystem, finally realizes the virtual training system based on J2EE platform.On the whole,using the structure of MVC make the logic of the code and the maintenance becomerelatively easy. In addition, embedded in the VRML increase user experience andtraining effectiveness.
