There are more than 200 species digest periodicals in China, but the few is expand.The large number of digest periodicals struggled against adequate food and clothing or bankruptcy. There is necessary to be supported and pay more attention to digest periodicals, Vision is one of them. At present, the research on individual cases is classic periodicals. Vision as individual cases tries to grasp the marketing situation and discern its business aspects existing problems. Through the related knowledge refer to the suggestions in future, combine marketing management theories with similar successful magazine in the management experience, and fill the small-sized digest periodicals research in circles.The research mainly adopts qualitative method, document analysis, observation in person, depth interview respectively. The focus on the Vision magazine business, the analysis emphasis on current situation of marketing, publishing, advertising aspects. It mainly analysis of products, price, promotion, publish and advertisement of magazine respectively. After analysis found that the magazine exist lots of problems compare to the successful marketing magazines in the above aspects. For the problems, the idea of " by others faults wise men correct their own", combined experience with success digest periodicals in the management, the author putting forward the corresponding solutions of orientation, content, promotion, publish, advertising and digital time of Vision.
