No matter in terms of output,technology or service,automobile industry has become an important industry.It fully reflects a country's industrial manufacturing level,and it also plays an important role in promoting the progress of the whole society.In recent years,with the rapid development of domestic economy and the rapid increase of private cars,people have put forward higher requirements for the family cars from marketing to aftersales.Then it comes the 4S shop mode.With the development of 4S shop management and the increasingly brands competition,how to make full use of the development of advanced computer technology to design and realize the automobile 4S shop customer relationship management system are very important.This paper in view of the related 4S shop has carried on the investigation and study of customer relationship management(CRM),combing the working mode of service management.It has been identified the related management nodes,and based on these nodes,it finished the analysis of 4S shop customer relationship management system.After determining the basic design principles and system goals,this paper analyses and compare the key technologies to implement the system design.this paper expounds the related basic theory,completed the overall system structure and database design,planning the 4S shop customer relationship management system's main function modules,using C/S mode and MVC framework,MyEclipse,JSP,JDBC and MySQL database system to implement the paper,described in detail,including system maintenance,customer information potential purchase information,concern for remind,concern for service,complaint management,feedback information and system management,and other functional modules of the design process.Through the implementation of 4 s shop customer relationship data storage,classification,summary,and show high efficient management,to maximize customer satisfaction.At the same time,finding the actual service demand of more and more potential customers.Finally,through the actual operation of the system,it tests the design of 4S shop customer relationship management system.The results show that the system has met the design of the expected requirements and goals,so that the enterprise management can more quickly optimize the marketing structure and strategy innovation,making more competitive in the industry market.
