On the basis of summarizing current development condition of Customer Relationship Management, this paper designs the Customer Relationship Management System of Siemens Limited China, Automation and Drivers group according to it's actual requirement. This system includes Customer Basic Information Management, Sales Opportunity Management, Time Management, Personal Database, Marketing Library, Customer Information Analysis, Contact Management, Order Management and Call Center. Especially, this paper discusses the Network and Data Warehouse of Customer Relationship Management System. Through analyzing the popular Customer/Server and Browser/Server network, presents a new network based on Terminal Server technology according to Automation and Drivers group's business requirement and technical condition. Then, compares the difference and relationship of data warehouse and relation database, discusses the data warehouse design of Customer Relationship Management System, and analyzes data by On-Line Analytical Processing (OLAP).
