| A long with the rapid development of communication technologies and the new media born, the method of news communication has changed a lot. These changes may stimulate the evolution of the news content. Newspapers, as the earliest mass communication media, has experienced different stages of media technologies development and has continued to improve itself according to the development of new media.This article discussed the changes of news articles on the newspapers under integration of different media. It has researched the changes of audience's reading habits and the influence of media integration to the developments of newspapers. Meanwhile, it also discussed the evolution newspaper contents from the angle of media technologies developments.In conclusion, the evolution of news content is the necessary outcome of traditional media technology content and the newspapers, if they want to survive in the competition, has to actively adjust itself to coordinate the environment and produce more reader friendly content.The discussion of traditional newspapers changes is mainly based on the author's research on "Southern Metropolitan News". |
