Analysis, Design And Implementation Of ERP System On Narada Power Source Company Of Zhejiang Province

ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system is a new generation of integrated management information system, developed from the MRP(Material Resource Planning),it was base on information technology and systematic management thinking, provide business decision-making level and staff the operation approach.ERP system focused on information technology and advanced management thinking in one, reflecting the needs of the business' rational allocation of resources and maximize profits, has become an important cornerstone of the survival and development in the information age.However,due to the differences of the development background and cultural, although the use of ERP is already very mature in Western developed countries, copy the ERP system of Western countries' is not feasible. We should build Chinese-style ERP to adapt to China's actual situation and needs, in order to optimize business resource.This paper is based on the background of ZheJiang NARADA Power Co.Ltd,design a ERP system adaptation from order management to final sales. And the subject comes from prior themes and major projects of the manufacturing industry's Informationization in Zhejiang province, which call development and application of the digital integration platform on production and operation management supported for green manufacture.First, we discussed the concept of ERP systems, ERP's stage of development and current situation use in medium manufacturing enterprises in China, introduce some backgrounds of enterprise and situation of it's production operation, which leads to the development of the company's bottleneck exists, this leads to the practical significance of this study.Then, take a brief description of modeling language (UML) and it's characteristic involved in this paper, analysis the Zhejiang NARADA Co's system requirements based on detailed research on the company, lay the foundation for the detailed design follow.Secondly, based on the detailed research on the company, in accordance with the main flow of business operation, design a detailed analysis of systems through the use of UML modeling language, including activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and class diagrams. Design the entity relationship diagrams and data table according to the requirement of the company.Finally, we achieve the system from system architecture, interface analysis and network construction and introduce the three-tier architecture system implementation.The application of ERP system in NARADA Co have proved that, the use of ERP system to manage the entire order production process not only reduces the risk of errors caused by hand,but also improve production efficiency, optimize the business decision-making, all of above bring economic benefits for the enterprise.
