Design And Implementation Of China Telecom Integrated Network Resource Management System

With the rapid development of telecommunication services and the expansion of network scale,network resources have become extremely large and complex in both quantity and structure.For Telecom enterprises,it is imperative to strengthen the effective management of network resources.At the same time,in the market competition,network resources as the strategic resources of telecom enterprises,its precise management level directly affects the competitiveness of telecom enterprises.Therefore,this paper proposes the design and implementation of a network integrated resource management system for telecom enterprises.On the basis of consulting a large number of documents and related technologies,standards and specifications,this paper takes the network resource management of telecommunication enterprises as the research object,integrates the key technologies of network resource modeling,and analyzes the network comprehensive management system of telecommunication enterprises by using UML,a unified modeling language,based on the ideas and methods of software engineering.Design.In the functional structure,the system is composed of basic information management,core network resource management,space resource management and system management modules;in the technical architecture,based on Java EE platform,using B/S mode,using Java lightweight Web framework-Spring MVC to network integrated resource management system architecture,design and implementation.In the positioning and management of spatial resources,the use of GIS to achieve spatial resources query,map navigation and map management functions,improve the accuracy of resource management,transparency;in the background storage,the use of Oracle database to achieve a variety of business data storage and management.The on-line operation of the system provides telecom enterprises with fast and accurate network resource management capabilities,making management more efficient and intelligent,improving the utilization of network resources,while reducing the cost of various business operations,and through effective data analysis to provide management with accurate decision-making analysis.It can be said that the development and construction of network integrated resource management system has become an effective informationization tool for telecom enterprises to enhance their competitiveness under the background of market economy.
