Green Integrated Management Information System. Tanning Industry

Socialization and integration are important trends of the development of GreenManufacturing, and the study of leather industry's Green Manufacturing should alsoPaY more attention to socialization and integration whereas single corporation. GreenIntegrated Management Information System for Leather Industry (GIMIS) is acompletely new way to solve environmental problems within leather industry,especially from the aspect of social cooperation.GIMIS is a new pattern which will support the sustainable development of leatherindustry, it takes environment protect department of government as the leadingorganization. GIMIS synthesizes the up-to-date information, management andenvironment technology and integrates the information, material and value flow ofleather industry related organization, so it will supply green information which ismore important in managing and decision-making events.This paper aims to study the theory of green manufacturing, green manufacturingmanagement mode, management information system and organizational behavior anddevelops the foundational theory, system modes, key technology and relatedorganizational management problems of GIMIS.First of all, on the basis of green manufacturing management mode, this paperadvances a notion: Green Integrated Management Mode and analyzes the connotationand total decision-making frame of it. Furthermore, it develops a notion that is GIMISand gives more study on system's notion structure, hiberarchy, software structure andphysical structure.Secondly, on the basis of Project of Whenzhou's Cleaner Production and InformationSystem, this paper summarizes characteristics of leather industry and sets up GIMIS'sfunction model, material model and information model, separately from the aspects offunction view, material view and information view.Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems are popular in modem manufacturingcorporations. Material management module is one of the most important parts of ERP,but it pays more attention to the material which is input of the production systemrather than the material output of production system, especially the castoff. Therefore,this paper improves the scheme of material management which will is fit to Green Integrated Management.Finally, this paper studies the problem of GIMIS's implementation and advancesreference suggestions for the Zoology Industry Garden.
