The SNMP Research On Dtv Devices Integrated Network Management System

Now, with the rapid development of digital communications technology and digital broadcasting TV system gradually accelerated, the application of digital television equipment in TV station has become more and more extensive. In order to easily and effectively monitor and manage the digital television equipments, it is especially necessary to develop a reliable, flexible integrated network management system.For the general digital TV front-end devices, network management framework includes C/S structure and the popular B/S structure. Digital TV front-end devices provide one to one management interface and users do the management by logging certain equipment. But in order to manage a lot of equipments, users have to rely on centralized network management to improve efficiency.The paper firstly introduces the developping background of digital TV and studies the application of SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) and ExtJS technology on browser end. And it comes to the overall framework based on SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol).Then it discusses the overall design and function division of Network Management system browser end in detail. At last, the paper uses ExtJS to realize the development and test on browser.Currently, the project design has been completed and the system has passed the test, the overall performance is good.Finally, the paper summarized and made further advice and suggestions for improvement.
