With the popularity of internet technology, born-digital journal has been deeply developed. Born digital journals, which published only online in the form of paper with no corresponding print version, published regularly or irregularly,and each consecutive number with the continuity of all electronic publications.More and more born digital journals have begun to appear on the Internet, such as KaiLa, D-Lib Magazine,etc.Among these.some scholarly born-digital journals have a certain number of original academic value, but they have not been used by people. It is necessary to establish a navigation system for scholarly born-digital journals,which can effectively organize the scattered scholarly born-digital journals,and convenient for people's using.This paper analysis some research about born-digital journals and investigates a number of existing navigation system for journals,then learning and research the technology about web2.0. On this basis, I have completed these tasks step by step:Made a comparative study of born-digital journal and open access journal, elaborated the necessity and significance of building a navigation system for scholarly born-digital journals.Combined with the advanced concept of web2.0,made some suggestions on born-digital journal navigation system:collecting the full resources,promoting academic exchanges, the combination of automatical collection and manual judgment, providing download full text and electronic publishing services for users.Made a design for web2.0-based navigation system for scholarly born-digital journals, collected a certain number of born-digital journal, initially established a navigation system for scholarly born-digital journals.
