The Design & Practice Of Network Based Intelligent Knowledge Service System

In this paper the way of study is the theories contacting the facts was used. Depending on the achievements of the experts and the scholars who have studied in the fields of computer network information processing and information service deeply, and combining studying the actuality of the field of information service, we can assert that it is certainly that information service must be evolved to knowledge service. At the same time, the elementary theory on knowledge service is summarized. On the direction of the elementary theories on knowledge service, using the advanced technology of software engineering, software programming, computer network and information processing, I have designed and implemented the I-kno\v service system (Intelligent Knowledge Service System). The I-know service system can collect recourses from Internet, and to process and filter them automatically, at last, can store them and provide individuation service intelligently. On composing this paper, the Demo edition of this system has been carried out.This paper concludes the following four parts: the elementary theories of knowledge service, the mode of network based knowledge service, the key technologies of intelligent knowledge service, the tactics and the means I have taken during carrying out this system and the next target I will carry out.The first part, the elementary theories of knowledge service, is the elementary theories of this paper. It expounds the elementary concept of information service. knowledge service and their character, and discusses the difference between information service and knowledge service, and tells the history inevitability of the development from information service to knowledge service.The second part and the third part separately introduces network based intelligent knowledge service system on the two different sides, one is for theories of designing and analyzing this kind of system, and the other is for how to carrying out them. These two parts expound the requirement and key technologies used during the process of designing and carrying out it.At the end, based on the key tactic I have taken during carrying out the I-Know service system and all of the main work, the fourth part expounds the characteristics of I-Know service system, At the same time I explain the mean of appraising the system and the expectation for the next work.This investigate indicates that it is certainly that the development from information service to knowledge service, and that it is advanced that the concept of I-Know I have brought forward and this system itself. I-Know can be used forreference in many ways, the designing of a system structure, the choice of a platform, the choice of the development tools and so on.
