The Architecture Research On Integrated Information Platform For CRH Locomotive Running And Maintenance Depot

With the development of science and technology and the reform of the railway system of our country, the informationization has already become the main trend of current modernized development of railway. At present, the operation object of locomotive running and maintenance depot has changed greatly from steam locomotive to the CRH high-power electric locomotive, which represents the level of development of modern science and technology to some extent. However, backward production operation management system and performance evaluation mode of locomotive depot contradict the level of development of productivity. To improve the level of management and production efficiency, forming modern operation and maintenance management, it is the inevitable trend of railway development to establish comprehensive information system.In recent years, every locomotive depot subordinate to Railway Department has carried out amount of research work in informatization respect and developed many Information Management Systems. These research works have built up foundation of digital management of railway locomotive Depot. But some systems have low operate quality and low integration; there is still a certain distance with the practical requirements. Combining with the practical situation of locomotive department, this paper introduces an advanced and applicable information system which can integrate various information systems, realize the date exchange among the systems and information share.First, according to some problems during the process of construction of locomotive running and maintenance depot informatization, the thesis introduces the purpose and signification of the system briefly. Through local investigation, in line with meet users' requirements, pay attention to reliability, expansibility, operating property and the principle of raising efficiency, analyzes the whole procedure of locomotive operation and business demand of each department in detail; and it introduces the dividing way of system's functional modules and the main function of every module, how to realize the management of production process; The system includes the Operation Management Information System, the Servicing Management Information System, the overhaul Management Information System.Then, the paper introduces exploration tools, platform of software and hardware, architecture, structure of network and the overall systematic framework. On the system construction, the integration information platform adopts the mature Client/Serve(C/S) and Browse/Serve(B/S) software architecture. This kind of structure separate the client from database server through application server, the client cannot directly access database server, the application server can control the changing and accessing of those date, the method of data updates and date access.At last, To make full use of the existing information system and data resources of locomotive depot, and to solve the problem of the information isolated island, the comprehensive information platform use the enterprise application technology (EAI), to realize the whole system integration and share information.
