The 21 century is an era which is based on knowledge economics and information technology, in the wave of informationization, the computer network technology with high-speed development and modern communication technology have penetrated into every field of human life, subsequently all kinds of information multiplied with geometric progression,in such a context, we must change our way of obtaining information, enhance our information literacy gradually, construct and improve our knowledge system, and apply it into our study, work and life. As the backbone of future development of our country—college students, whether they will have high levels of information literacy is about the development and decline of a country.On the basis of existing literature, this study makes a description of students' information quality development at home and abroad, and also made a comparison of current situation. With the organization, summary and analysis of existing literature, the study summarizes the content of information quality of college students, and preliminarily identifies four factors that have affects on information quality of college students, and the four factors are information awareness, information knowledge, information skills and information ethics; the study makes an analysis of the four factors that affect information quality of college students; we evaluate something through the Delphi method and AHP, and then build information quality evaluation index system of college students after consultation with experts. With synthesis of the foregoing analysis, the study establishes a relationship model assumptions of construction process of information quality evaluation index system of college students. It uses the questionnaire survey to acquire data and then make an analysis of the data. Assumptions is established according to the hypothesized relationship Model of Student Information quality evaluation index of relevant factors and analyses factors that extracted. We get the evaluation index system analysis results through the means of regression analysis about the information quality of college students. Then, it analyses the problems existing in the information quality of university students, and put forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures.
