On the one hand, as the power company should ensure the safe operation of electrical equipment, and provide safe and reliable electricity supply and quality services to society; On the other hand, it must ensure the maximize benefits for enterprises, performance management as a management idea and method, the fundamental purpose is to promote staff development and organizational performance improvement constantly, and to achieve corporate strategic goals ultimately. In this thesis, it is to adopt an integrated design, from the many years experience of the actual management and information technology in county-level power supply, to build a power integrated performance management system that is based on goals, tasks, work specifications, business processes, cost and resources, and to form a perfect modern enterprise management system for county-level power supply and to further strengthen the internal standard management in the County Power Supply Bureau, to achieve enterprise modernization and scientific management, and to promote and improve enterprise management level and economic.Performance management is an effective carrier to improve the management level and economic benefits, this paper describes the integrated performance management system structure, and the basic principles and methods to the construction planning and design of the Nine of the original Power Company. The technologies in the power integrated performance management system involve in network technology, software technology, database technology, workflow technology and etc. The system is mainly constituted of three parts that are the power of marketing management, safety management and performance management.This paper introduces the overall design of performance management information system and analysis of this technical design principles and system objectives, and then introduces the system design and technical architecture. On the basis of a brief introduction of performance management and information system technology design, combined with rural power companies specification and the Nine of the original Power Company actual situation, it proposes the solution plan of Workflow technology which integrated target management system and performance management system. And then designs the summary of construction model of the system according to the Nine of the original Power Company management, it analysis, classification, modeling the business object of rural power management in database design model, also introduces target architecture design of the system and in which propose the function model of workflow, then introduces the performance evaluation management system, evaluation subjects, assessment procedures and describes in detail the three level performance appraisal management system of the Nine of the original Power Company. This section analyzes the process from the demand of design, the model position, until development to meet the daily management and performance evaluation. With introducing of the typical functions proved the feasibility of daily work flow management of rural power companies and the design and implementation of methods validation. Finally, this paper summarizes the issues to achieve results from the system of operation and evaluation.This paper implemented the system is an integrated performance management MIS system based on the workflow technology, it automates many cumbersome and complex business process in enterprise or organization by modern technologies and manages it effectively. It improves the ability to coordinate with various departments, management control and user productivity greatly by combining visual modeling of workflow, list of active tasks and visual process monitoring technology, it achieves assessment automatically when workflow timeout combination of log workflow processes and workflow assessment standards, and realizes innovatively real-time assessment of work quality.
