The Design And Implementation Of Electricity Inspection Work Management System For Electric Power Company Of Beijing

Beijing Electric Power Company needs to effectively manage work orders of electricity inspection and inspection results during the management process of electricity inspection, and needs to assign different electricity inspection areas for different electrical inspectors, also needs to maintain the key customer’s information which meaning strict requirements of normalization of management.The electricity inspection management system for Beijing Electric Power Company developed uses J2EE technology and Struts2+MVC development model, and separates the interface and the database with classes, and as for the database, considering of saving and manipulating large amounts of data, including data of electricity checklist, inspection work orders, the periodic table of daily inspection, special inspection schedule, and customer information table, so the system uses common SQL Server2008database to modify, dispatch and query the related data of electricity inspection, and the use of B/S structure and JSP dynamic page development in background greatly guarantee the security and reliability of the data.The system implements functions of six modules, inspector management, inspection object management, three terms management, inspection work order management, electricity violation and stealing management, and inspection inquiry. And the system specifically achieve operations of the inspector’s detailed information query and maintenance, periodic maintenance and special inspection record, complete management and control of electrical inspection work. Combining with management standards of Beijing Electric Power Company and the actual situation of operation and management of Beijing Electric Power Company, the system sets rights in different sectors, while maximizing the exchange of information.The test results show that the electricity inspection management system for Beijing Electric Power Company generally meet the needs of the electricity inspection management for Beijing Electric Power Company, and the use of modern office concepts of informatization and paperless effectively promoted the securing, sharing and unification of the electricity inspection management for Beijing Electric Power Company, which protecting the fundamental interests of Beijing Electric Power Company and improving the work efficiency of all employees in Beijing Electric Power Company, as weel as saving manpower, material and financial resources, reducing the cost of the power supply and periodic inspection for Beijing Electric Power Company, and bringing vigorous vitality and inexhaustible power for the development of Beijing Electric Power Company.
