The point-measurement for LED grain is an important equipment in LED Production.Due to the point-measurement equipment has long been monopolized by foreign and Taiwan,it's necessary to develop point-measurement equipment for LED grain with independent intellectual property rights.Due to High integration, A large number of LED grains are put on thin film substrate in LED production.We need to filter and test LED grains on the thin film substrate so that we can select LED grains with different levels.The research of this subject is about the automatic point-measurement station system for LED grain.Firstly,the hardware system of LED grain automatic point-measurement is designed.The test principle and the design scheme of the system is elaborated.Secondly,the part of motion control system is designed and it was developed to achieve movements of four directions through controlling motors in the use of PCI-8134 motion control card. Thirdly,the part of visual system is designed,which can implement the LED grain recognition and location in application of Sapera Processing image processing software and template matching algorithms.Finally,the part of system software is designed,which focuses on the study about how to get the precise positions of the LED grain on the film substrate in the use of the combination of the software development platform based on VC++6.0 image processing software and the technologies of image processing and motion controlling,thus produces high-quality MAP and gets several parameters through the tester for LED grain in order to sort the LED grain with different specifications and grades by LED sorting machine. The test results show that the hardware platform and PC software algorithms in this study are reasonable,and the processing accuracy can meet the requirements of production.
