With the development of satellite tracking-control technology and computer network technology, and the improving of user's requirement, monitoring and managing satellite communication station become more and more demanding. But the domestic satellite communication station monitoring and management of development still remain at low levels, has significantly lagged behind the pace of China's space technology development.This dissertation is based on the research project of Chang'e-1 lunar satellite data receiving station monitoring and task management software used in CLEP(China's lunar exploration program). The finished research works as follow:1.Analyzed and discussed the system availability and dual-computer hot-Standby technology, emphasized on studying the implement of pure software dual-computer hot spare system.2.Discussed and researched on the functional configuration of monitoring and task management software.3.Described the design and implement of monitoring and task management software in detail, and emphasized on introducing the key parts'design in task management, dual-computer hot spare and device monitoring software, etc.The achievement of this dissertation have been applied in CLEP, and worked stably and reliably during the lunar exploration mission of Chang'e-1 lunar satellite. It not only provided firm guarantee for the success of data receive task, but also offered concept and reference for the development of domestic satellite communication station's monitoring and management system.
