Base station power and environment of intelligent monitoring equipment is a set of essential equipment to ensure the normal operation of base stations. With the increasing number of base stations, the demand for monitoring equipment is also increasing, and the existing monitoring equipment in the base station monitoring capabilities increasingly unable to meet the requirements of contemporary intelligent monitoring,but also need to be replaced, so the need to design a new generation of base station ring Monitoring equipment. The device can not only realize the monitoring of base station environment such as temperature and humidity, but also can monitor the intelligent equipment of the base station, and the monitoring device can have the ability to access the video camera and 3G / 4G Internet access capability. Considering the dynamic environment monitoring equipment in base station electromagnetic environment is relatively poor, often subjected to interface strong electromagnetic interference, in order to ensure the reliable operation of the monitoring equipment, the need to improve the equipment in the design of hardware circuits of electromagnetic compatibility level of protection, to ensure that the equipment can run reliably for a long time. Based on the above situation, this paper designs a new hardware platform for the monitoring system of base station.The overall design of the system, which need to meet the telemetry, remote control,remote control and remote communication standards, should meet the monitoring requirements of base station equipment. The system is designed to use C/S two architecture. Data acquisition and transmission are realized by using multiple processors in the data acquisition terminal. The MC9S08 model MCU is used to collect and control the sensor signal of the environment non intelligent equipment, and the ARM control board is used to monitor the intelligent equipment. Monitoring equipment in the base station, and base station electromagnetic environment is relatively poor. So the monitoring system of the EMC circuit design has put forward higher requirements,especially for port input anti-surge design. Through the simulation and experiment of the circuit, the design scheme needs to meet the latest specification requirements.According to the hardware platform design requirements of base station monitoring, the paper mainly includes the following aspects:(1) Analyze the hardware interface type that the monitoring equipment needs to support, design the whole hardware platform;(2) Analyze and select the appropriate functional circuits to complete the basic requirements of uploading and receiving control commands to generate action;(3) Design a suitable surge protection circuit for the acquisition port. With the electrical characteristics of acquisition circuit and communication circuit, this paper analyzes the characteristics of surge protection technology, and establishs the PSCAD model of surge protection characteristic of surge protection topology. With the surge protection circuit and protection device suitable selection of simulation parameters comparison, achieve reasonable safety protection;(4) Research and design of DC power supply EMI filter. This paper analyzes the problem of DC/DC power supply conducted disturbance, and establishes the PSpice high frequency equivalent simulation model, simulation and test analysis to optimize the parameters of the components, so that access to the filter monitoring equipment to a class level;(5) Complete the software design and test the performance of the prototype.
