Design And Implementation Of Monitoring System Software For Satellite Communication On-earth Station

With the development of Satellite Communications technology, the equipments on satellite communications links of on-earth station become more and more complicated; therefore, how to keep the Satellite Communications equipments working normally and how to make full use of communication network become primary problems. In practice, with enhancing the technology level in Satellite Communications and ensuring the primary equipments'normally working, a manage system of Monitor and Control is also essential.In this thesis, based on real project, a developing program on a complete set of computer monitoring system for satellite communications on-earth station is put forward. In this project, based on the advantages and disadvantages of old monitoring systems of Satellite Communication on-earth station, a detailed analysis of application requirements and features of Satellite Communication on-earth station is made. Connecting with practical projects, the author makes realizations in several ways such as function and performance, expansibility of system, retractility of system, modularization, feasibility of maintenance. Above all, this thesis provides ideas for frame design and method realization of the other monitor and control management in Satellite Communications on-earth station.In this thesis, the general designing project of monitoring system software is introduced in detail, with emphasis on the designing and realizing methods of database server in monitoring system. The whole monitoring system adopts an opening C/S system construction, which can be facilely recombined and reconfigured to meet different requirements and environments and can be a useful and highly active. At present, this monitoring system software has been being used in Satellite Communication on-earth station.
