With the development of the earth observation technology and our constant deepening of understanding on the earth resources and environment, the remote sensing satellite technology develops towards downsizing and multi-satellite networking. The Remote Sensing Satellite Data Receiving Station Network of CEODE.CAS is a ground receiving system constructed to cover the entire country towards multi-station and multi-satellite.Facing the situation of more and more satellite data receiving tasks,The task model of multi-station and multi-satellite is required for remote sensing satellite data receiving task management, satellite data receiving plans for these receiving stations need to be formulated quickly and efficiently and the ground receiving system resources could be used scientifically and reasonably. While how to get rid of the original model and adopt more open, more efficient high-precision satellite orbit calculation modules to realize such core functions as satellite transit forecast and satellite point calculation has become the urgent problems to be solved in the new system design.In this paper, the current situation and problems of the remote sensing satellite data receiving stations is described first. The design necessity of a STK-based remote sensing satellite data receiving task management system for the task management model of multi-station and multi-satellite is discussed, based on which, the main functions of the remote sensing satellite data receiving task management system and the core processes such as satellite transit forecast and satellite point generation are analyzed. Then such core subsystems as task management and equipment monitoring are designed by a modular approach. Emphasis is laid on the satellite orbit calculation of integrated STK in the satellite data receiving task management system, the realization method for task demonstration and the interface design. Finally, the extensibility and the implementation effect of this system are analyzed and prospects on application of STK in relevant fields are made.
