Intelligent Clothing as a new care carrier has taken more and more attention, even past medical care model concepts are gradually changed as the new technology developed. Hostpital care as the center was changed to the object as the center, and on-duty monitoring gradually change to the intelligent unmanned monitor.Therefore, this paper analysist the requirements of the system, and designed a wearable monitoring system for the elderly people with the intelligent clothing as the background that combined with RFID and CAN bus technology. On the basis of the specific implementation method that variety of the related devices and wireless communications such as field bus, recongnition technology, we present a GPS-GSM-Field Bus network architecture.The design of the system requirements are divided into two modules, identification module and position module, identification module is mainly used to assist user in the district tralling. Positioning moduel is mainly used to provide position information for the friends or his guardians. First, according to the chatacteristics of the identity module, we combined with RFID and field bus technology, design the hardware structures using AT89C52 as the central processor, and design a RS232/CAN converter structure for different network structures, and on this basis, the main peripheral circuit designed.Then, the whole identification system is divided into three major modules according to the hardware design, monitoring system, CAN communication network and RFID reader. Wearable monitoring guardian of the clothing contains the identity id, card ID, contacts and other health care information. RFID reader constitutes the next crew of the identity, responsible for reading the card and sending the control signals to the upper, while accepting the host computer instructions. CAN bus is composed the nodes that responsible for the communication of the information.Finally, for the GPS-GSM-Field bus of the wearable network that proposed at the begin of the paper, according to the characteristic of GPS system for intelligent garment, this paper presents a strategy of GPS data processing by removing redundant information and shifting the combination codes. Its compressed result is analyzed by comparing with direct data compression and Huffman coding. At the same time we complete its wireless data transmission.This paper is designed to provided a new perspective for smart clothing applied research related through RFID, GSM and Bus technology, expand the scope of smart clothing and Solve some practical problems of living.
