RFID is a non-contact identification technology which can realize by using radio frequency communication. For the identification and the data exchange, it communicates by radio frequency between reader and transponders. Compared with traditional bar code or magnetic strip identification technology, radio frequency identification technology has some advantages such as contactless, long working distance, suitable for bad environment, efficient recognizing ability, RFID is rapidly spreading in industry, commerce, and traffic transport management fields etc. At the same time, RFID tags have a small size, high capacity, long life, reusable, and other features, supports fast read and write non-visual recognition, mobile identification, multi target identification, location and long-term tracking management.This subject designs an Intelligent Parking management system based on RFID, which gathers long-range radio frequency technology, automatic control technology and vehicle detection technologies in integral whole. It is mainly applied to parking toll management, vehicle control and personal management. It solved difficult problem effectively between owner and auto owner for its advance, reliable, safe, convenient and rapid characters. At the same time, the system could also facilitate coordination with other systems, such as access control and consumption, thus realized non-stop management.According to the collision cause of Radio Frequency Identification system, this paper analysis the work and principles of process of binary searching algorithm and dynamic binary searching algorithm . By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of two algorithms, puts forward an improved algorithm, recoverable dynamic binary search algorithm based on these algorithms. It not only reduce the data transmission, but also can good use identified prefix, collision information and the conflict bit. At the same time, recoverable dynamic binary search algorithm can narrow the scope of the search tag, thus greatly reducing communication time and data between reader and tags.Finally, realized dynamic binary searching algorithm and recoverable dynamic binary search algorithm by simulated programs. The simulated programs output of random generation of tag ID, the correct identification tag ID, communication transtimes and transbinary between simulation reader and tags. Comparative analysis of communication transtimes and transbinary of two algorithms, statistical results and graph comparison, recoverable dynamic binary search algorithm does achieve the target that system reduces communication times and communication data-amount, the system efficiency is improved greatly.
