With the deepening of university personnel system reform and the development of higher education, the amount & types of personnel management information are becoming increasingly clear, with increasingly complex business workflow. The traditional manual processing methods and single plane management systems can not meet the needs of Personnel management. Thus,introduce the computer network technology into Personnel management, with the new concept of human resource management, make full use of modern information processing technology, Establish a higher starting point, to adapt to new requirements, reflecting the characteristics of Yunnan University's personnel management information system is imperative.This thesis based on Yunnan University personnel management business processes and characteristics, Research, design and development the Personnel Management System of Yunnan University. Built a client layer, application layer and data layer three-tier structure, C/S and B/S mixed-mode model of personnel management information system. This paper elaborated on the system analysis, design and implementation process, focusing on System Requirements Analysis, System Design and Database Design, several key about Access Control and System Security were discussed.This system covers important part of university personal management; to achieve safe, efficient, and fully comprehensive staff/faculty shared and manageable data with uniform standards. System covers whole information normatively analyzes and process from the collection, processing, exchange to utilization. Provide advanced information management tools, to form an effective operational mechanism of information management.The system including the preparation of institutions, personnel files, post appointment, academic title appraisal, job evaluation, salary and welfare, selection and training, talent exchange, statistics and reporting and so on. Help management staffs extricate from arduous and complicated daily work. Provide simple, efficient network information service for the staff. Support school leaders and relevant departments to Information Utilization, Data Analysis and Decision. For school personnel management and training of personnel, provide efficient information services to modernize management and decision-making more scientific.Some features of this system have been carried out detailed implementation and successful deployment, it has been applied to personnel management operations of Yunnan University.The system has mature technology roadmap, strong versatility and maneuverability, and can provide reference for universities information construction of personnel management.
