At present, the human society has entered the twenty-first Century for more than tenyears. In this decade, the amount of information change than any previous historical period to.In the information explosion era, the valuable information effective management is a new taskin front of people. New information management software based on database technology hasbecome a new target to study people. Special advantage in processing and informationmanagement aspects of the show is any other technology can not be beat. New informationmanagement software has powerful information processing and management ability, theapplicability of its prominent in various fields has been great concern. In these newinformation management software, business departments and personnel management softwarehas been the favorite of many enterprises.Despite the current personnel management system has been implemented in manyapplications, but there are still some enterprises still use the backward mode of personnelmanagement. In this management mode, need a certain number of staff to fill specific form,arrangement, classification, this work will take a lot of time, and the efficiency is not high.Because of the need to use a lot of paper products, which will take up a lot of resources andoccupy a certain storage space. To take on a file, will spend a lot of time, is very tedious. Atpresent, the number of large state-owned enterprises and Multi-National Corporationemployees up to tens or even hundreds of thousands, of such amount of staff file managementis a difficult task, and has become the traditional spreadsheet tools and more difficult to meetthe needs of the people. In order to adapt to the development of the society, the developmentof a practical personal management system is very necessary.In this paper, the background of personnel management system are described, andin-depth analysis of the difference between domestic and foreign enterprises in thedevelopment of the personnel management system, the future development of the enterprisepersonnel management system to do some analysis. In this paper, the basic principle andcharacteristics of B/S three layers architecture introduces a detailed, combined with differentpoint and C/S mode, discusses its superiority. Operating system of personnel managementsystem designed in this paper using the above Windows2003, the development of the systembased on Microsoft.NET development platform Framework4.0, using ASP.NET asdevelopment language. Database management system, this system uses Microsoft Corp’s SQLSERVER2008, in order to convenient to visit database by using ADO.NET technology, inorder to make the system interface to browse more smoothly, the system uses Ajax technology.The first part of this thesis is the introduction, mainly introduces the background and significance of the personnel management system development of the enterprise, theenterprise personnel management system was analyzed in the foreign and domesticdevelopment situation, and also clarifies the object of personnel management system designenterprises to carry out research. From the second chapter to the fifth chapter, is the enterprisepersonnel management system design processes. This part of the system from the beginningof the design to the process of the system are detailed introduction. The second chapter in thispaper introduces the key technology needed by the personnel management system design ofthe enterprise, and the basic principles of these technologies are introduced in this paper, thethird chapter introduces the analysis phase of the work in the system, namely the expectedfunction of personnel management system is determined, the system uses the database isdetermined, and the the system performance was expected. The fourth chapter and the fifthchapter is to link specific design of system design, this stage are analyzed and designed indetail for each module of the system, the system database is designed in detail. The last part isthe summary and the forecast, the system design to finish the design process weresummarized, the future development trend of the personnel management system for theenterprise are discussed.
