| Key Performance Indicator(KPI) is an important subject which has troubled manycompanies on evaluating their employees and their salaries such as the teachers inuniversities, it’s much more different from the general enterprises. In traditional, mostassessment used paper questionnaire to collet information. But those methods areoutdated. Those methods are timeliness and effectiveness, And the frequency is in a lowlevel. they cannot accurately reflect teacher’s teaching standards and the truth.This thesis is directly against the problem. it reexamined the rationality andsuperiority of Teacher KPI system from the software engineering side and did someinnovativeness and exploratory research according to software engineering processes onthe basic of analysing teacher KPI’s operation logic.
