In recent years, the lack of rural teacher has caused the extensive concern of the state and society, and people increasingly emphasize on rural education. But the lack of rural teacher staff, the limited of teaching level, the lack of teaching resources etc.,and these problems are difficult to be solved in a long time, with the help of information means to provide auxiliary teaching for rural teacher's teaching has practical application significance.The main function of the system is to realize the teaching assistance and help for the rural teachers of primary school, the system can help teachers to achieve well the teaching of subjects that they are not very good at, such as Chinese pinyin, words pronunciation, reading, singing, do gymnastics etc. The most of audio, video and other teaching resources in the system are to be carried out to the detailed segmentation of fragmentation according to certain knowledge or content, teachers can easily find the corresponding fragmentation resources and then click them to play when they require a detailed knowledge or content. The fragmentation teaching resources have stronger pertinence, higher flexibility and higher absorption efficiency,and it can be effective to help rural teachers to realize the teaching of all subjects.The system adopts automatic text classification technology to classify the teaching resources automatically, adopts the latest web development technology of HTML5, take advantage of the cross-platform development framework of APICloud which is cloud integration, this kind of cross-platform hybrid APP allows users to get rid of the dependence of the platform, it can be used across platform, and the system have low cost, high speed and good scalability development, and it plays great advantage for relatively complex interface,also has a good user experience.At present the system has been completed preliminary development, when teachers enters the main interface of the system, they can choose to see the contents of each category according to their own needs, and also they can input keywords to retrieve the fragmentation of the resources that they need. Through software testing,the system still exist some deficiencies, these will continue to improve and perfect in the later, and make the system can truly become the rural teacher's teaching assistant.
