The Design And Implement Of A Personnel Recruitment System Based On Web

The system serves for the Japanese Enterprises and the new university graduates. One of the system's aims is at establishing a platform between the enterprises and the graduates for their mutual understanding. Through the system, they can communicate with each other and get further understanding about each other 3 months before the interview, avoiding the disadvantage that they can't understand each other fully in such short-time interview. The system establishes the platform for their fully mutual understanding. The system's second aim is at providing the recruit assistance, mutual selection logic, information saving and exchange in the process of recruitment.The feature and point of the system is the information exchange between the enterprise and the student.The system combines and focus on enterprise with graduates with the help pf web technology.It is designed on B/S pattern and the classic three-layered structure. The system realized the system safety basing on Web and making use of ASP technology, SQL Server and setting authority of user. This paper describes the system's functions and features and the technical tools. Based on the theory of software engineering from the system requirements analysis,preliminary design,detailed design and the implement of the system test, and gives the final results of correlation analysis to achieve.The system includes the subsystem of enterprise subsystem,student subsystem and the implement of the database management.The paper introduces in detail the structure,the logic,the functions and the safety design and the visit limitation of the system.The current test demonstrates that this system has perfect and steady functions and has satified the requirements of enterprise and students. Especially in this part of cross-border recruitment for students and businesses have provided a good opportunity.
