With the aging society and the development of the economic,more and more personal health devices have been produced for personal health care and chronic prevention.However,there is an incompatibility among devices and various data format among different manufactures,which creates intangible obstacles to data acquisition in home health management and telemedicine.At the same time,ISO/IEEE,CEN and other organizations have drafted series of medical equipment data collection and transmission specifications.Besides,there are several institutions and companies are studying and promoting these standards in domestic.In this thesis,a compatible and extensible physiological data acquisition system was implemented after the studying of optimized exchange protocol and the analysis of data format of etcomm PHDs.The system can both support the Continua PHDs and etcomm PHDs,while the collected datas were synchronized to data center and the analysis results send back through the persistent connection.For the Continua devices,a unified data callback interfaces are designed by defining and implementing a finite state machine and a data codec at the native layer.For the etcomm PHDs,the dynamic load framework is constructed and Bluetooth packet parse functions are decoupled and compiled into an independent APK file.In the implementation,users can select and download the plugin APK to support the devices they are using.At the same time,the data collect callbacks for Continua PHDs are reused to keep the independence of the host application.For the collected data,a secure link is established with a self-signed certificate,and the data automatically synchronized to the remote data center through this link.The secure link ensured the security and credibility of user's data and information.The data center will return the relevant information to the users after modeling and analyzing the user's physiological data through a push server.After testing,the system can support four types of Continua devices and two types of etcomm devices and achieve the compatibility goal of multi-devices and multi-vendors supporting.Both the session module and the data process module are independent of the upper application,which guarantee the extensibility.The test results show that the system meets the design goals.
