With the rapid development of science and technology, the degree of complexity and modernization of aviation products are gradually increasing, which puts forward higher requirements of acquisition system reliability, data management, efficiency, line connection complexity and hardware cost. According to this subject, the paper designs and implements a distributed information acquisition onboard system to collect, process, and report a variety of strain parameters.This paper first introduces the basic structure and main functional modules of the hardware and software implementation. According to the features of strain parameters, the paper designs a kind of user defined MCMB bus. The MCMB bus is a new protocal for devices communication to obey, and achieves high-speed of two-way data transmission.In order to improve the reliability of onboard equipment, the system is modular in design with rich interfaces using AT91RM9200 ARM processor, and integrated high-line programmable FPGA devices, accurate and efficient implementation of distributed information acquisition system. Besides, the system uses the master and slave structure, modify the open source PCI-Wishbone bridge IP core, embedded implementation of the MCMB host and guest interfaces. Finally, the simulation results of MCMB interface proves the correctness of the design.The design of the system has completed the hardware implementation and user testing, the test results achieve the intended demands. |
