With the rapid development and popularization of the computer technology and Internet, the information of the whole society expands rapidly, and the network technology's development profoundly changes the development of social life, work, thinking and way of communication. Meanwhile, the Weifang Binhai Development Zone Planning Bureau strives to reflect all for development. Optimization and upgrading of the new high-tech industry is the key of new progress. Weifang Economic Development Zone Planning Bureau, considering its own reality, comprehensively increases scientific input, and continuously improves the capability of independent innovation, efforts to promote the expansion of the scale of high-tech industries, improve quality, quicken development, and accelerate the transition to high-tech industrial park to promote the economic and social good and rapid development. To improve the internal efficiency of the Planning Bureau, Weifang Binhai Development Zone Planning Bureau developed a set of practical office automation systems. Currently a prominent feature of the office automation system of the building is the emphasis on not only the full sharing of information, but also stressed the collaboration among various aspects and each function, and this collaboration's achievement relies on the workflow.This passage uses object-oriented thinking, and the Unified Modeling Language as the analysis and design tools, to do the requirements analysis and system design for the related business in the office automation management process, for system and user 's features, it uses the form of B/S architecture model, the function of software features in multi-level architecture, technology-based Structs + Spring MVC-based framework and regards Java as the programming language, using XML configuration, and DAO, Hibernate, and other related technology, achieved the goal of document management, personnel management, office administration, office assistant management, document management, information management and systems management integrated query capabilities during the office automation management process.In terms of security, the system adopts resources role-based rights management, and enhances the security of the system operation. Through the provision of query services it provides external query interface, internal system provides complete business operation or query data to realize the external data information sharing.In the system requirements analysis, the system's overall business and the business process is described in detail and the function of the seven modules and the relations between the modules are also described.Make the documents management as an example, using the description of solving complex business by rules engine to peel the business rules and actual code.The current system has been successfully operated in the Coastal Zone Planning Bureau, and has achieved certain results, improved the planning bureau of Weifang Binhai Development Zone's work efficiency and improved the quality of the work of managers.
