OA involves multiple areas of knowledge,such as:behavioral science, management science, computer science, information management and other disciplines that have strong cross and permeability. Today OA office automation system based on workflow platform and used web development technologies can Collaborative work efficiently.The main content of this paper is the theory and implementation of the research for OA office automation system and the background introduction of the OA office automation system. Based on the development of the OA system at home and abroad and the practical operation of the Beijing lvyuanda Compressed Natural Gas Co.Ltd actual production environment application,this paper describes the important meaning for the actual development of the OA office automation system. The system adopted B/S structure, developed with SSH integration framework and based on J2EE technology framework realizes all functions of the OA office automation system.According to workflow platform we adopted open source framework activiti that has a visual flowchart design, high-performance process engine and integrated form design, process management, and other functions.This article puts forward the basic goal of the OA office automation and describes the system overall design and detailed design on the basis of the actual application needs of the Beijing lvyuanda Compressed Natural Gas Co.Ltd and investigation and research on the users’ demand.The system is based on B/S structure, and the use of the three-tier MVC (Model, View, Controller). System using object-oriented language java,uses SSH framework for J2EE mainstream framework,and the system database uses free Mysql database, so as to reduce the budget cost and operating environment configuration requirements. In addition, the system also implements full-text search capabilities based on open source projects lucene, lucene is an excellent high-performance, scalable information search library, providing a complete query engine and index engine. We set the development of norms and in the development process, the strict implementation of the specification, thus to promote the system of higher quality code.In the software testing we conducted several rounds of functional testing, thus greatly reduce system bug. This paper introduces the network topological structure and system security design of the system in the fourth chapter, we use the hot standbymode network architecture design to ensure that the system will not be inaccessiblebecause failure. In the design of system security, we use the user authentication and authorization management, service encrypted data transmission, data encryption storage service and log management four security measures, first through the userauthentication and authorization management to login system is a legitimate user, and then through the data transmission encryption services, data encryption storageservice to ensure that the data transmission is not steal.
