Research On Progress Management Of Wireless Network Construction Project In B Colleges And Universities

At present,more and more project management teams attach importance to project safety and project quality,but few people attach importance to the equally important project schedule management.For project quality management and project safety,the state has promulgated and continuously improved relevant laws and regulations and qualification examinations.However,there are no special regulations or qualification evaluation for project schedule management,which makes the important link of project schedule management easy to be ignored by everyone.With the increasing of the number of projects and the expansion of the scale of projects,how to improve the efficiency of proj ects has become an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,we analyze the situation of the B campus wireless network project,and conclude that the project has the characteristics of complex technology,tight schedule and complex requirements,and then decompose the project work according to the scope of the B university project,and get the decomposition of the work at all levels.Estimate the time of sub-item work according to experience,formulate a schedule and implement it.In order to ensure the smooth progress of the project,analyze the factors affecting the progress of the project,and develop corresponding schedule control plans and safeguard measures,so that the B campus wireless network project is successfully carried out and delivered in advance.Compared with other projects,during the construction process,the project achieved the effect of shortening the construction period and saving costs through project schedule monitoring,deviation analysis and proj ect schedule control.The conclusions of this paper enrich the relevant knowledge of project schedule management,and provide the construction basis for the progress management of wireless network construction projects in B universities.At the same time,it has certain reference significance for other wireless network construction projects in other universities in China.
