In the process of research of this paper, the author summarizes the research status of analysis of university library culture, the author elaborates the related concepts, combined with the actual case to a detailed analysis, from the case to the problems existing in the university library culture construction process, put forward reasonable Suggestions, hope that through their own advice, play a role in the cultural construction of the university library, and have further development of university library culture, and to promote the construction of college library itself, providing better services for the school of scientific research, teaching, and hence the whole university culture construction, promote the development of colleges and universities.
