The development of the higher school is the important component of the national education.Since 1999,the policy of the college expansion has been carried out。Because of the expansion of the admissions scale,the number of students is sharply increased。According to the recruiting plan of the national higher school in 2010,we know that six million,five hundred and seventy thousand students are admissed into college this year, including three million,three hundred and ninety thousand undergraduates as well as three million,one hundred and eighty thousand junior college students.The number is six multiples more than that in 1998,which satisfies the increasing demand of higher education that people want.Meanwhile,supplies society with a great number of talents and promote the development of our country's economics。Nevertheless,students are all over the country,some old management system restricts the management of college.The collection of the tuition is one of the troubles. Tuition is the most important source of the college's funds。Whether tuition is collected orderly or not produce an effect on the development of the college. Students are from everywhere,everyone's living conditions are different,so their's situation of tuition are not the same.As we know that the management,prediction and analysis directly affects the development of the college.Our system use ASP.NET as the development language, it built a personal management system based on a B/S architecture. The system uses SQL 2005 as the tools of database. our system has solved the function of managing the people's information, managing the attendance information, managing the overtime information, managing the leaving information and managing the solar information.
