Development And Implementation Of Tuition-Charge System Based On The Campus Network

With the development of information technique, computer is more and more applied in allsorts of departments. All levels educational management department also equally face the bigness challenge of the information era. Managing the campus information using advanced MIS technology and software development platforms has become the latest trend sweeping the university management architectures. Till now almost all the functional departments in universities have set up MIS systems concerning their own daily works.The tuition-charge is an important part of the college management. The tuition-charge administration information is handled by computer, which is the basic condition of developing modern university, so that we design the tuition-charge management information system for Daqing Petroleum Institute(DQPI) according to the real demand of the tuition-charge.In this paper, we studied the development of the tuition-charge management information system of Daqing Petroleum Institute. First, it gives a simple introduction of the situation of the origin of the problem and system feasibility and the meaning of researching the system. Then, in the base of MIS introduction and pertinent techniques, design of whole tuition-charge administration management information system. At last, realize the system. The system is based on the mixed structure of C/S and B/S and SQL Server database management system, it is developed by VB,ASP.The system has many features such as friendly interface, convenient operating, data security and high dependability etc. The circulation of this system is successful in the Daqing Petroleum Institute and get the development purpose. This system makes the information turns more efficient, more systematized, more scientific. Applying the system, we can largely improve the management level of tuition-charge of Daqing Petroleum Institute.The System has a great popularizing value.
