Design And Implementation Of Finance Management System Of Software College

In this paper, the college finance management system uses software development methodology of the lightweight Rational Unified Process (RUP) with the characteristics of agile development, with the Unified Modeling Language (UML) as the analysis and design description language and J2EE as technology platform structure. Four subsystems of Finance Management System are fully analyses and designed. During the process of requirement analysis, I take the analysis method based on modern software engineering and requirement illumination models with multi-channel .Combined with agile development thinking, we can search the most appropriate way for obtaining the system requirements.This paper analyses background and significance of the system development. Analyzing weaknesses in the financial management, we fixed on the characteristics of the financial management software system in Software College and problems which need to be resolved. Then we gave a summary description of the whole system. Besides, we also depicted the system needs, needs inspiration and infrastructure design in details. Especially, we described the most difficult business in detail, i.e., tuition management, fund and project management. Finally, we gave the detail design and the realization of the modules which are representative.Our work focus on the following aspects:The process monitoring and project management of all types of fundsThere are a wide range of funds projects in the college. Both the funds expenditure category and the expenditure ratio are not the same. The management of capital project system can not only strictly regulate the use scope of the funds; it also changes the complexion checking the expenditures scope and proportion by the manual, which greatly reduced the risk of the use of funds.1. Implementation of Tuition ManagementCollege tuition fees management has always been a big problem school in the financial management. With the incensement of the students number and types, this problem has been showing a more serious situation. How to strengthen the tuition management during the training has become an important problem in the college finance. The college finance management system implements state control of the tuition fees.2. Implementation of college staff management and workload management With the development of Software College, the number of internal teachers,External teachers, staff recruitment increases day and day. The workload of personnel finance management is also increasing. The college finance management system will implements this feature.3. Implementation of automatic report formsThis paper implements many features of business forms such as the long-distance writing, automatically generating, preview, print, download, export, and other features, using the I Report and Jasper Report technology.As the constant development of financial business in Software College, henceforth, we will further improve the system on the business and system area, making the system interface more perfect, the interaction more human, the enquiries, statistics and decision support functions more powerful.
