In the 21st century,production automation and intelligent way gradually to the development of skills which employees put forward higher requirements. Enterprises in order to obtain a large number of highly skilled personnel,human resources management must be elevated to the height of corporate strategic planning,must continue to improve human resources management system, to elaborate and user-friendly policy to train employees,retain employees.The traditional analysis of brain drain,mainly by individual interview,questionnaire survey,data collection,and then manually entered into the statistical analysis of statistics or analysis software. Although these methods can be made directly to the staff left the office but also have low efficiency and effectiveness of passable shortcomings. The introduction of today's advanced data mining methods,by means of intelligent technology capable of vast amounts of complex data from the fast,intelligent,automated mining useful knowledge out of the traditional analysis of the causes of brain drain will inevitably play a very significant facilitating role.This topic will focus on the causes of brain drain,quantitative analysis,define the brain drain of corporate external factors and internal factors,analysis of the manner and type of personnel turnover; the main use of clustering data mining data on turnover of staff,and strive to find out what caused the reasons for employee turnover,and the analysis model is applied to employees in the post,separated from the staff turnover intention for the corporate identity will be lost talent,retention of human resources development policy to provide quantitative data to support. The introduction of today's advanced data mining methods,by means of intelligent technology capable of vast amounts of complex data from the fast,intelligent,automated mining useful knowledge out of the traditional analysis of the causes of brain drain will inevitably play a very significant facilitating role.This project uses the SAP Business Intelligence platform for a provincial branch of China Telecom's employee data to build data warehouses,and then clustering the data mining former employees,and the form of the report to show results. Finally use a proven model in the post staff to identify employees with turnover intention.
