| Currently, a machine tool enterprise mainly uses the traditional, dispersive management model for technical information management in the process of product design. Low degree of informatization is making products in the design process appears information coding confusion, low resource reuse rate, low level of file sharing and so on. In response to these problems, through analyzing the requirements of enterprises and taking product data management technology as the guiding ideology, this paper studies and implements technical information management for machine tool product design, and it also describes in detail for the information classification coding management, product configuration management and document management.In the information classification coding in management module, this paper first clarifies the basic principles and methods of the information classification coding, and analyzes problems of enterprise in traditional information coding system. Through analyzing material flow in the enterprises, information is classified. The information coding is divided into raw materials coding, parts coding, tools and supplies coding and product family coding.In the product configuration management module, this paper introduces the product family model and its technology components, and analyzes characteristics, expression patterns and relationships of the composition domains. By analyzing establishment method of GBOM-based product family structure model, article gives an example of a product family structure model. Then this paper introduces the concept and design process of product configuration based on product family structure model, and on this basis, the product configuration rule is studied. Following the rules and constraints, we can start the product configuration. Finally, the configuration algorithm based on variable configuration rules is given, and refer to this algorithm product configuration management can be implemented in the system.In document management module, the system designs file storage space in detail and decide to use electronic information cabinets and folders to manage it. Through analyzing product information, the product structure model was established to achieve the design object associated with the document. On this basis, some functions are realized, including document classified management, document operating management and so on. Finally, through researching various models of document version, this paper decides to use directed acyclic graph data model for version management, and analyzes related algorithm.This system has been running well in enterprise. The result shows that this system can effectively manage the technical information in enterprise, which ensures the accuracy of the information that comes from the process of product design. Moreover it also improves the design efficiency of enterprise, enhances the sharing of technical information and achieves the purpose that technical information is managed systematically. |
