Personnel Information System is a powerful booster to the integration of the personnel department, more and more companies and orgnizations in personnel management. It can solve the exchange of information and personnel work effectively, but nowadays most of the personnel information system development work is based on the detailed application requirements, the system is only targeting the size of most of the personnel information management in the work of one or a few key processes and links can not be effective in the overall perspective of the personnel information organizational and management. And the base of a larger amount of information and personnel, the system queries as a constraint to system performance critical operations.The emergence of SOA to effectively change the situation, through the integration of legacy systems and business functions to service design, and implementation of business functions and systems by providing a single, standard, you can right size for dynamic integration of services that can be Design and implementation of flexible and adaptable. By combining the various parts of the application functionality as a service abstraction, service contracts in compliance with SOA and interface definitions, Can effectively meet the business logic of sharing, reuse and dynamically updated requirements.This article study SOA in-depth study and research SOA architecture (SOAP, WSDL, and UDDI) and WebService technology, based on the proposed SOA-based personnel information systems system architecture.
