Design And Implementation Of Distributed Taxation Personnel Management Information System

The system under study is based on the data of the tax unit personnel recordsmanagement and application requirements as a background. This paper considers the differentgeographical locations of each tax unit, personnel management and scheduling of the differentunits which can communicate more effectively, so that the different units can effectiveexchange. Moreover, in order to enhance the maintainability of the Personnel InformationManagement System utilization, as well as the tax unit personnel work in a morecomprehensive, more rapid provision of services, the paper research and design distributedtax personnel management system.In this paper, the research and development process of distributed personnel managementsystem as the main context, the needs of the software development cycle analysis, detaileddesign, outline design, coding and testing stages of research and development work, the paperstrictly follows the software development life cycle. In the R&D process to address the keytechnologies of the various stages of the summary of the strengths and weaknesses of thesystem are developed future research directions and priorities.Distributed tax personnel management system following function modules design and implementation of:1) the management with the user’s login module, the module focuses onmanagers and users, the sign-on capabilities and permissions management;2) maintenancemodule, the module is mainly to update the information in the the tax personnel informationdatabase, add and delete operations, that part is the core of the entire personnel managementsystem;3) module, the part of the personnel management system query function, includingaccurate query and fuzzy query, the most important thing is distributed query. Distributedquery can query the personnel information of different geographical locations, the use ofhorizontal slices distributed data query methods;4) reports and statistics module, this sectionis mainly reflected report generation and printing capabilities of the personnel managementsystem;5) Help module, the part that can make smoother personnel management system,provides friendly help support a shorter time allows the user to grasp the full functionality ofthe system. The system can eventually help the tax personnel departments to effectivelymanage employee information. In this paper, the design of distributed tax personnelmanagement system, is developed for the practical work of the Tax and personneldepartments, has an important significance for the the taxation personnel informationmanagement and application, the system will be the work of the personnel managementsystem to provide new ideas and technology support.
