Design And Implementation Of Personnel Management System Of Dongming County Land Resources Bureau

This article is going to research and design a system of personnel salary management systems based on the requirements of Dongming County Land Resources Bureau. We are going to research the requirement analysis and programming design with a java struct which named SSH.This programming system is going to handle three parts of programming elements which is model, view and controller. With the job of researching HTML,Extjs, Webservice and database operation, we can use all these technologies to build this application system. This article contains five parts of research job, every parts of the artical is going to explain the details of their work. We will find a whole abstract of the personal management system. We build this application based on the the thinking of MVC, We use HTML and Extjs to handle the web pages, use spring to integrate the framework, use structs to union the view and controller model, use hibernate to communicate with the database. We will collect messages from the web pages and make it to a JSON string and post it to the server. When the server finished the data handling it will response another JSON string to the web clients. At the end of this article we used firefox to display the logics of this application.Finally we build a system application based on the requirements of this company, we fulfill all the requirements and realise the functionalities of employee managements, customer managements, and plan and work fulfill managements,rewands managements. At last I will say many thinks to my teacher who help me to finish the work of this artial's documentation.
