Mobile Location-Based Services is a very promising mobile e-commerce business.It has the most market potential of value-added services.In recent years,foreign mobile positioning business has developed rapidly,but the paractical application of China's current situation is still relatively small-scale.Mobile Location-Based Services account for mobile operators,value-added services,and the proportion of total revenue is still relatively low.In a manner of speaking,Mobile Location-Based Services in China is still only at the market cultivation stage.Business development strategy on mobile positioning,how to promote China's rapid,and healthy development of mobile positioning services as mobile operators future research and development direction,thereby bringing about the development of the mobile e-commerce industry,and important part.This article first analyzes the requirement and feasibility of personnel position management system,and then designs the system based on system architecture,the network environment of system,system hardware,system interface and the main process of system.Finally explains the implementation of the system interface,the realization of the page and test situation of the system.The development of System is mainly using UniEAP framework;UniEAP framework not only improves the development efficiency greatly,but also increases the reusability of the code,and improves the quality and stability of the system.The interface section is implemented based on WebService technology,check message through MD5 digital signature during communication process,which makes the system safer,and in addition the standardized interface increases the extendibility of the system.
