With the widespread use of computers and network technology, database technology, communication technology, rapid development of manufacturing enterprises and because the reliability requirements of large-scale production as well as harsh environments of production process control needs, LAN-based technology, control systems will be plant in the production process used to increase production efficiency and improve the working environment of an inevitable need. In the industrial field production control process, using local area network control system can more effectively improve system reliability and improve the working environment of staff, increase productivity .This article is for the LAN-based feed industry production line control systems technology development and research, the use of local area network remote control of the computer and on-site production control computer, the normal communication, the completion of data acquisition and transmission and remote control functions. Provides an overview of the distributed control system development and research the status quo; introduced the feed production system hardware and software architecture, network control system to build a variety of modules; and gave details of the overall structure of the system software and hardware design ideas, network communication technology development, digital filtering techniques, PID regulation algorithm, data structures, production control and other function modules of the implementation process.This system uses PLC site control part to control the production process, through the PLC to produce a state of the electronic collection, known as the weight of information collected through the PLC switch input line status and alarm information and, through the PLC switch output to realize Kurakado switch control. The use of WinSocket technology, object-oriented programming techniques to achieve communication between computers, remote computers and on-site computer to install the same software, through the LAN to a remote computer to realize the production process control. Software used delphi6 as a development environment, since the defined PLC data communication protocol, and use of this protocol for data transmission to ensure the validity and accuracy of data transmission; using SQL Server2000 database, user management and system parameters to achieve storage; software is modular design approach to improve system performance, make the system easy to extend and maintain. The system development ideas and design method with high versatility, for improving the productivity of industrial field, working environment, system integration, the system's maintainability and reliability of practical significance.
