Grain stored in granary is easily spoiled due to its large quantity,accumulated heat and so on,which would lead to grain losses if not monitored and maintained properly.With the rapid development of control technology and modern network technology and the improvement of grain storage monitoring automation and informationization level,granary remote monitoring system has get more and more attention by people.The granary remote monitoring system is composed of the master computer and the slave computer.The master computer is made up of servers,computers and mobile phones,the slave computer is made up of CDMA wireless communication modules,master control handle part,the multi-channel temperature and humidity acquisition part and the ventilation controlling part.Master handle part mainly accepts and executes the command PC sends,and saves the parameters information users set in the flash.It inquires multi-channel temperature and humidity acquisition part in turns,and saves the Real-time data collected,which has been handled,in the corresponding array cache and then sends the data to master computer.It can control high power shutter and switches of draught fan and other equipments,and realizes real-time status of feedback shutter and fan work.It drives smoke detector to monitor the smoke in the granary.Multi-channel temperature and humidity acquisition part completes collection of temperature and humidity value.Ventilation control part mainly completes remote control of the opening and closing the window,and feed back the status of the window.RS485 bus is used to complete data communication among different parts of slave computer.CDMA communication module is used to send the data to servers between the master computer and the slave computer,so that users can monitor the condition of granary timely with the computer or mobile phone.According the real-time data received,users can control the windows,the roller shutter door and the draught fan in granary,and adjust granary environment parameter,to achieve the goal that they can monitor the granary timely in long distance.This system not only can use the slave computer,but also can operate overall by timely monitoring from master computer to slave computer.Thus it can make the long distance monitor come true,and avoid the problems that users can't receive the accurate real-time data when mobile network is not stable so that they can't monitor timely.
