With the rapid development of industrial automation technology, industrial production for the control of the production process of the increasingly high demand, the production of a corresponding increase in complexity, and in the past the ordinary human operator has failed to meet the development needs of modern industrial production. So, in recent years, computer technology and embedded technology has gradually been introduced into industrial production, to play the advantages in industrial production. This article is based on embedded via Industrial Ethernet technology to solve the industrial production data transmission problems, proved the effectiveness and practicality of industrial Ethernet technology in industrial production.Temperature is one of the important parameters in industrial production, with the increasing complexity of industrial processes, for temperature measurement requirements are more stringent, so were using K-type thermocouple and RTD PT100 In this issue of Industrial Production the temperature was measured.System temperature sensor data acquisition and processing is mainly using TI’s low-power microprocessor MSP430F5529, and through the industrial field bus protocol Modbus protocol will be collected data to the network terminal system. The hardware part of the main data collection, including thermal resistance temperature, thermocouple, collecting part 0 ~10m A and 4~20m A signal.This article is a network terminal system to design and develop a network controller chip ENC28J60 and TI’s low-power chip MSP430F5529’s. MSP430F5529 host controller to prepare the corresponding Ethernet controller driver to drive Ethernet transmit and receive, and then cut through the TCP / IP protocol transplanted to the main control chip, and finally to the local LAN to communicate through the network interface RJ45.PC part is using NI’s Lab VIEW software written mainly consists of three aspects of the receiving part of the data, save part of the data, the data show. Receiving portion is to receive the data mainly through the TCP / IP protocols to enable data. Saved data ismainly performed by the database to save the received data. The main part of the data is displayed on the next bit of data sends up a real- time display, real- time monitoring of industrial site.Through these three parts, the subject not only to achieve the industrial field temperature acquisition and realize the industrial field of Ethernet control, making the entire industrial workforce reduction, simple operation, and the realization of remote monitoring of the entire industrial production has important significance.
