Industrial CT technology has been widely used in many fields of steel, petroleum, aerospace, military material, as well as the nuclear industry, engaged in engineering design, monitoring, non-destructive testing and other aspects of the research work. In this paper, the structure and working principle of each of the major part of the industrial CT were analyzed, introduced cone beam industrial CT experimental platform in this project to build, as well as related hardware and software debugging. The industrial CT experimental platform has been used to obtain experimental data for image reconstruction and image reconstruction eventually come to a good effect, but it also need for more in-depth research. This paper mainly includes the following sections:(1)This paper describes the composition and working principle of the four axis motion platform, introduces EMAC200 motion controller internal structure, and Magellan Motion Processor chip control functions. This article describes the Magellan Motion Processor chip corresponding command library function file, given the use of the library functions. In this paper, based on the required of the moving control of the industrial CT platform, there compiles Motion control program of the platform, and analyzes and gives the representative control code.(2)This paper presents the hardware structure of the data acquisition system, a detailed analysis of the function of each part of the data acquisition system. This paper describes the structure and working principle of the analog to digital converter chip, FPGA controller chips work process, given USB interface chip firmware writing program. This paper describes the design of the PC data acquisition program, given the structure of the data acquisition program.(3) This paper describes the type, structure, imaging principle of the flat panel detector. This paper analyzes the causes of flat panel detector output image quality factors and the impact on the reconstructed image, gives the correction methods of the various factors and this writing calibration procedure.
