The remote data acquisition and analysis system,hereinafter referred to as system,plays an important role in the realization of automation and informatization in manufacturing.This thesis aims at information upgrading of the filling production line for one aerosol filling machine manufacturer.Based on the theory of the remote data acquisition and analysis,the system is designed and verified to be useful for manufacturing by some cases.The main work of this thesis is as follows:Firstly,general design for the system.Both the enterprise demand and the workflow of the filling production line are analyzed to acquire the key position and quality characteristics data during the filling process.After clearing the system requirement,the general plan is presented including the data analysis process and the design architecture of system terminal and software.Secondly,research on data analysis process.1)Applying SPC technology to the system for evaluation of filling process,2)Combining special rule of discrimination with BP neural network,a method of control charts anomaly recognition is proposed.Thirdly,design on the system terminal.1)The hardware and firmware of the data acquisition terminal is designed to collect the kinds of quality data at the filling site,such as temperature,pressure,volume,weight and etc.2)Communication protocol and data format is designed for data transmission and uploading.Fourthly,design on the system software.1)Designing the system client modules according to the functional needs,2)Designing the web service and database on server-side for remote data interaction.Finally,implementation of system.Developing the system terminal and software by connecting with the production practice.The system designed and implemented by the author meets the requirements of the project.Remote data acquisition and analysis brings higher production efficiency and lower production cost,making it really helpful to raise the automation and informatization level of the enterprise.
