The subject is made under the Xi'an Ruiri Electron Development company Limited. Data collecting instrument of intelligent and environment protection is designed and R&D. It can accomplish the task that remote data is controlled and monitored.,several physical quantities can be measured constantly. Measurement data is reported In realtime systems for the related department via GPRS network, which process the data promptly.As to hardware design, the control system is based on LPC2214 made by the Phillips as the microprocessor. The power system is managed by MSP430F123 made in TI corporation. The hardware design mainly includes the power unit, the data acquisition part hardware design, the GPRS module hardware design, the keyboard and display circuit's design and so on.As to the software, It is compiled MSP430F123 Program in IAR WORKBENCH430 Compiler Environment. In the build environment Keil uVision3, the program of system is designed and debugged. Battery is charged or self-discharged by MSP430F123. It is realized to the network transmission data GPRS driver, the data acquisition driver, the keyboard and the demonstration driver, the data storage procedure and the signal procedure and so on by LPC2214. It is realized by operating system ,μC/OS-Ⅱscheduling user task is realized byμC/OS-Ⅱ,which is the operating system interrupt management's design feature.With the coordination of our team, the system completes the environmental protection and data acquisition. Whenmonitoring of equipment and field is connected, It obtains monitoring result (COD,PH,etc water contaminant, sulfur dioxide, etc, airborne contaminant), data processing and storage, the data such as instantaneous value, average, minimum,maximum etc. The technique can sent real-time data through the network to control center, which can be monitored in the remote mode. In practical application, the system achieves the expected full function stability.The result is desirable.
